Artist Statement:

When returning to college I chose to enjoy being creative with Playwriting, Fine Arts, Computer graphics, and Music earning my Associate’s Degree in Fine Arts and Certificate in Computer Graphics. I continued having fun with Pastel and Oil painting by competing in local Juried Art Competitions. It wasn’t until I teamed up with Master Artist Ramon Ramirez, that I chose as my Art Mentor. I studied with him for four years; within the first year, my artistic ability had noticeably advanced from novice to professional. I do favor painting portraits whether by pastels or oils.

I want to encourage anyone with a deep desire to learn about fine arts to get involved in some capacity. You owe it to yourself to be surrounded by your peers. I recently relocated to Ridgecrest and have enjoyed getting acquainted with the community by getting involved with the Desert Artists’ League (DAL).

The images shared on my page may or may not be available, a few are hung in the Ridgecrest Regional Hospital Hall Gallery. Some of my artwork images are displayed on fineartamerica.com,  If not, I can make images available; these images can be reproduced on various items such as cups and puzzles.
