Desert Artist’s League’s High Desert Plein Air sketchers will be at the Maturango Museum sketching and painting during the exhibit.

DAL Workshops Information
Artist Colleen Reynolds will conduct a watercolor workshop on April 1-2, 2024 – Desert Flora
Additional Information will be provided closer to the date of the workshops.
DAL tries to have a minimum of two workshops per year.
DAL WORKSHOP PAYMENT/REFUND POLICY
Information on workshop is found at Monthly Meetings, Newsletter, and Webpage. Sign-up sheets will be available at each meeting.
POLICY FOR PAYING FOR WORKSHOP
Before 60 calendar days of workshop : Money or check to treasurer to qualify as “paid and enrolled”.
At 60 calendar days out: Unpaid spots will be opened to waiting list until all spots are filled.
REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATION
1OO% – 60 calendar days before the workshop make your request for a full refund.
50% – 30 calendar days before the workshop make your request for a 50% refund.
O% – less than 30 calendar days before workshop no refund is available.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
– Mail checks to: DAL @ PO Box 1938, Ridgecrest, CA 93556-1938.
– Paid attendees then receive supply list.
– On wait list, members have priority over non-members.
– lf you cancel late, and want to try to sell your space, contact VP Programs first (who will check wait listed people).
– Workshops may be cancelled if attendance is not met. You will be informed if the workshop is cancelled and your money will be refunded.
High Desert Plein Air Group
Welcome to High Desert Plein Air, formerly Art Hobos.
We are a group of painters and sketchers who meet almost every Tuesday from 9-11. When the weather is not cooperating we meet at Crossroads Community Church, but our goal is to get outside in our great high desert and create! Our location can vary, so we ask that you contact one of OUR OFFICERS with your email information or come to the DAL meeting and sign up.

General meetings are held on the first Monday of the month at 6.30pm (unless it falls on a holiday, then we meet on the second Monday) from September through May. Guests are welcome. There is no charge to attend the first time.
